Terms of sale
These headings capture operational decisions still required. They are not final contractual terms.
Artwork and colour
Each original is one of one. Edition details should be stated on each listing. Screen colour and scale can differ from the physical work, but listing photographs and descriptions must be prepared with reasonable care.
Prices and payment
Prices are intended to be shown in Canadian dollars. The artist must confirm applicable taxes, invoicing obligations, business registration, accepted destinations, and currency treatment with qualified professionals.
Availability
An order is not accepted solely because a browser reaches a success page. Payment and inventory are confirmed through Stripe’s signed webhook and the studio may need a documented process for rare reconciliation errors.
Copyright
Purchase of physical artwork does not normally transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Exact licence and permitted-use language must be approved by the artist and legal counsel.
Governing terms
Business identity, contact address, governing law, limitations, dispute process, and mandatory consumer protections must be completed before accepting live orders.
