Shipping & returns

A transparent starting point for delivery, pickup, and return expectations. Final terms remain subject to artist and professional review.

Processing

Originals are expected to require 5–10 business days for careful packing. Prints are expected to dispatch within 3–7 business days. These windows must be validated against the artist’s real workflow.

Shipping

Tracked shipping within Canada and free Ontario studio pickup are the initial proposed options. Originals should be packed appropriately and insured for their full value. International destinations, duties, and taxes are not yet offered.

Local pickup

Pickup will be arranged only after payment is confirmed. The studio address should be shared privately with the customer rather than published.

Returns and damage

The final return period, exclusions, shipping responsibility, and damage-notification process require approval. Consumer rights vary by jurisdiction and cannot be waived by placeholder website copy.
